Leads generation manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads for Mids.Capital's crypto market-making services
• Utilize a variety of prospecting methods including cold outreach, networking, and digital marketing to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off warm leads and support the sales process
• Analyze lead data and campaign performance to continuously optimize the lead generation process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in B2B lead generation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B lead generation or business development role, preferably in the cryptocurrency/fintech industry
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a robust pipeline of qualified leads
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to measure and optimize lead gen campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and lead nurturing best practices
• Working knowledge of the crypto market making landscape and the challenges faced by crypto firms
