The company is a leading international investor into shopping center properties.
Based in Moscow region office, in Chernaya Graz', as a Financial Manager, you will play a vital role in reviewing the economic health and overseeing the success of our organization. You will manage all financial activities, analyze financial data and provide strategic information to the executive team. Key duties include producing monthly financial statements, managing cash flow, budgeting, and implementing internal controls.
Your expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting will be essential in driving the company towards achieving its economic objectives.
It requires 5+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP software, and fluent English and Russian.
Key Responsibilities of a Financial Controller/Manager
• Compliance & Internal Control: Establishing internal control policies to ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Creating budgets, forecasting future performance, and analyzing budget variances.
• Cash Flow Management: Tracking, projecting, and optimizing cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity.
• Strategic Advisory: Collaborating with executive leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce risks, and improve profitability.
• Audit Management: Liaising with external auditors and overseeing the year-end audit process.
Common Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT supporting systems (e.g., C1) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluency in Russian and (at least C1 level) of English
