BI Analyst (remote)

We are looking for a BI Analyst who will help the business make data-driven decisions. In this role, you will work with Tableau, write SQL queries, build clear and intuitive dashboards, and answer business questions through regular and ad-hoc analytics. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, clarify and formalize requirements, translate them into metrics and reports, and ensure data quality and accuracy. We value attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to turn analytics into clear and actionable insights for the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI reports and interactive dashboards in Tableau;
• Collect and clarify requirements from internal stakeholders and translate business needs into metrics, reports, and visualizations;
• Work on regular and ad-hoc analytics: prepare reports, analyze data, and answer business questions;
• Write SQL queries to prepare data, calculate metrics, and validate hypotheses;
• Validate data accuracy, identify discrepancies in metrics, and investigate anomalies;
• Document calculation logic, data sources, and rules for key indicators.

• Expert-level knowledge of administering and using Jira and Confluence, with a solid understanding of service architecture;
• Experience with JS/Groovy/Python for scripting and automation development;
• English (B1): ability to read technical documentation and specialized forums, and to write support requests to English-speaking technical support when needed;
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge by solving complex and challenging tasks;
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, proactively take ownership of tasks, and support colleagues.
