We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of digital advertising performance. In this role, you will lead client campaigns across Telegram, Google, TikTok, and Twitter — owning the full cycle from strategy and communication to optimization, reporting, and financial performance.

This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance client relationships with business goals, and is ready to take real ownership of campaign results. You will work closely with media buying teams, influence growth opportunities, and help scale campaigns through data-driven decisions and strategic thinking.

Your mission is to build long-term client partnerships, drive sustainable campaign performance, and ensure every deal delivers both strong business outcomes and measurable advertising results.

If you have experience managing complex advertising campaigns, understand performance marketing metrics, and enjoy combining client management with commercial responsibility — this role is for you.

Your impact:

  • Manage end-to-end communication, develop tailored promotion strategies, and identify high-potential traffic channels (Telegram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Business, etc.)

  • Analyze campaign performance, implement data-driven optimizations, and present comprehensive results to clients

  • Collaborate closely with our media buying teams across all traffic sources to ensure alignment with client goals and campaign efficiency

  • Take full responsibility for campaigns financial health, including turnover, margins, budget pacing, and payment cycles

  • Proactively identify client pain points to drive upsells, preparing and pitching compelling commercial proposals

  • Maintain rigorous reporting and ensure smooth end-of-period closures

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of successful experience as an Account Manager in a digital advertising agency

  • Solid experience managing complex performance-driven campaigns across Telegram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok and Twitter

  • Hands-on knowledge of major advertising platforms and dashboards

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Adjust, and AppsFlyer

  • Mastery of key marketing metrics: CPC, CPM, CPA, CPF, CTR, ROAS, ROI, etc

  • Advanced negotiation skills and high standards of professional business communication

  • Confident Business English at a B2 level or higher
