Role Overview: We are seeking a data-driven and hands-on Senior Growth Manager to take full ownership of our marketing engine. This is a role for an expert who is ready to personally configure campaigns, analytics, and funnels. Your primary goal is to lead the long-term scaling of our product in the UK market through performance marketing and user journey optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Campaign Management: Independently set up, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search/Display) and other paid channels.

Technical Analytics: Configure and maintain GA4, GTM, and end-to-end tracking within the CRM, ensuring high data accuracy for business decisions.

SEO & Geo-Targeting: Drive growth and visibility with a specific focus on the UK market landscape.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Act as the visionary for our landing pages—defining structure, messaging, and UI/UX requirements for the development team.

Growth Strategy: Develop and execute long-term strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Experience & Skills Required:

5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (ideally B2B SaaS).

UK/EU Market Expertise: Proven track record in the UK (primary focus) or European markets is essential.

Toolbox Mastery: Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM systems.

Technical Literacy: Ability to "speak developer" and work closely with our tech team to implement complex marketing solutions.

Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, Churn) and the ability to optimize funnels based on data.

English Proficiency: B2–C1 – comfortable communicating and creating content for the UK market.
Terms & Compensation:

Salary: From 200,000+ RUB per month + performance-based KPI bonuses.

Contract Type: Long-term project-based contract (Individual Entrepreneur / ИП).

Commitment: We are looking for a long-term partnership focused on continuous product scaling.

Location: Hybrid format. 3 days a week in our office near Baumanskaya metro station (Moscow), with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
