We're a global Fintech company scaling fast across international markets.
We're looking for someone who has a clear growth request toward a more senior TA / People leadership position but is comfortable being deep in execution right now, and is genuinely interested in AI and already using it in their own work.
What you'll do
- Own and close key roles end-to-end — sourcing, assessment, offer, closing. You're the person hiring managers go to for hard-to-fill positions.
- Set up hiring streams: mass recruitment for affiliate, support and sales; targeted search for the rest.
- Improve quality and speed of hiring — reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, cut early attrition (probation and within the first year).
- Embed AI into sourcing, screening and assessment — pick tools, run experiments, scale what works.
- Coach recruiters and hiring managers — interview techniques, structured assessment, calibration. Raise the bar across the function.
- Run market and competitor analytics, with a focus on Asia and LATAM — where to source, what to pay, how to position.
- Develop EVP and employer brand together with the HR / marketing team.
- Forecast and plan hiring needs in line with company growth goals.
- Build basic TA reporting and use it to drive decisions.
What you bring
- 5+ years of international recruiting experience, with a strong track record of closing roles yourself.
- Experience setting up mass hiring streams (sales / support / affiliate or similar high-volume functions).
- Proven results in improving hiring efficiency — concrete numbers on speed, cost, and attrition.
- Hands-on experience introducing AI tools into recruitment and assessment.
- Experience leading a small team (2–5 people).
- Business-oriented thinking: outcomes over activity.
- Advanced (C1+) English for working with international leaders and candidates.
