As our business continues to scale across Europe, we are looking for a Senior Franchise Sales Manager who will help drive our next stage of growth.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Franchise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding qualified prospects through the franchise sales process and helping entrepreneurs launch their own Another World locations.
You will work with highly qualified inbound opportunities generated by our lead generation team and will focus on conducting discovery meetings, presenting the business opportunity, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing franchise agreements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, understands business economics, and is comfortable discussing investment opportunities with entrepreneurs and investors.
What You'll Do

Conduct sales meetings with qualified franchise prospects across Europe.

Understand client goals, investment capabilities, and market opportunities.

Present the Another World franchise model and investment proposition.

Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and entertainment business owners.

Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle.

Maintain accurate records and forecasting within CRM.

Collaborate closely with Lead Generation, Marketing, Franchise Development, and Leadership teams.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Represent Another World as a trusted advisor and partner throughout the franchise acquisition process.
We're Looking For

5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.

Fluent English (B2-C1+).

Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.

Experience selling products or services with an average deal size of $20,000+.

Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Ability to communicate confidently with founders, investors, and senior decision-makers.

Strong business acumen and understanding of financial and investment concepts.

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience selling franchises, investment products, business opportunities, or enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
