Обязанности:
- Working on M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side, JVs, VC and PE investments) in different industries in Kazakhstan (including inbound investments)
- Valuation, financial modeling, comparable analysis, benchmarking
- Preparation of presentations, teasers, info memos, etc.
- Market analysis, strategy development and analysis
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in the areas of M&A, corporate finance and Valuation from IBs, in-house M&A teams, PEs and Big 4
- Higher education in finance or economics from top universities
- CFA is a plus
- Experience in valuation / financial modeling is a must. Strong knowledge of corporate finance. Good knowledge of accounting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Languages – fluency in English and Russian is a must, knowledge of Kazakh is a plus
- International experience is a plus
