What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners in MENA/ASIA
• Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key partners
• Monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns to maximize FTDs and ROI
• Identifying new traffic sources and scaling high-performing affiliates
• Negotiating deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) based on partner performance
• Collaborating with internal teams (product, CRM, BI) to improve conversion and retention

• Experience in affiliate management or iGaming partnerships
• Understanding of Tier 3 GEOs, especially MENA/ASIA regions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Analytical mindset with focus on performance and numbers
• Fluent English (local languages are a plus)
