About VillaCarte Group:
VillaCarte Group has been operating since 2012. The group includes development projects Layan Green Park, LaVista Villas, and Layan Verde; real estate agency VillaCarte; proptech project Sabai; and La Green Hotel.
What you'll be doing:
- Shaping the group's digital strategy
- Building and implementing cybersecurity practices
- Protecting corporate data and access, managing backups, ensuring VPN, server, and cloud infrastructure uptime
- Managing the IT team and developing a creative team culture
- Driving automation and optimization of business processes, including active use of modern AI solutions
- Leading key projects from concept to launch
What we're looking for:
- Ability to design IT architecture aligned with the holding's business goals 3–5 years ahead
- Experience implementing ERP, BI, and platforms for clients/partners/projects
- Experience managing a team of sysadmins, developers, and DevOps engineers
- Budgeting and IT cost control, project ROI ownership
- Experience setting up systems for construction control: schedules, budgets, photo documentation, BI dashboards
- Understanding of construction and development logic is a strong plus
- Ability to "translate" between technology and business language for CEO, CFO, construction, and sales teams
- Strong project management skills
- Leadership and team collaboration
- Flexibility and resilience under pressure
- Hands-on willingness to build IT processes from scratch
- English B2
