✨ About the Role You will play an important role in driving forward the development of our B2B SaaS platform, including partner portals, API integrations, white-label solutions, billing, reporting, user roles and permissions, administrative tools, and other B2B capabilities.
You will work closely with the B2B Product Manager, Engineering, QA, Design, Support, Sales, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to transform business needs into well-defined development initiatives.
📝 Responsibilities
Product Delivery
- Partner with the B2B Product Manager to drive the development of the company's B2B SaaS platform.
- Gather, clarify, and structure requirements from business stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
- Break down product initiatives into actionable development tasks, including writing specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business logic documentation.
- Define user flows, API requirements, edge cases, user roles and permissions, billing workflows, and reporting functionality.
- Manage development tasks in the project management system and coordinate with Backend, Frontend, QA, and Design teams throughout implementation.
- Participate in backlog refinement, grooming sessions, and feature acceptance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for B2B platform functionality.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve the speed and quality of requirements analysis, documentation, and task preparation.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, product opportunities, and potential areas for platform growth.
- Analyze competitors' products, feature sets, pricing models, positioning, go-to-market strategies, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare competitive analyses, feature comparison matrices, and product recommendations.
- Transform research findings into actionable product initiatives and improvement opportunities.
📩 Requirements
- Previous experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Project Manager.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products, platform solutions, API integrations, or complex backend systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, admin panels, partner portals, roles and permissions, and billing workflows.
- Ability to write clear product specifications, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong skills in decomposing complex initiatives into manageable development tasks.
- Ability to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous requirements and proactively clarify missing details.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using, or a strong willingness to adopt, AI tools as part of the daily product development workflow.

- Experience in telecom, eSIM, mobile services, connectivity, MVNO/MNO, roaming, or related industries.
- Experience with white-label platforms, API-first products, or partner portals.
- Experience with billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, or revenue-sharing models.
- Understanding of SaaS architecture, multi-tenant systems, feature flags, and configurable product logic.
- Practical experience using AI tools for documentation, specification writing, and requirements analysis.
