Another World is one of the world's largest virtual reality entertainment franchises.

Since 2018, we've been developing next-generation free-roam VR experiences and helping entrepreneurs launch their own VR arenas. Today, our network includes more than 470 arenas across 60 countries, and we're continuing to expand worldwide.

Our clients are entrepreneurs and investors looking to build innovative, technology-driven entertainment businesses.

We're currently looking for a Lead Generation Manager who will become the first point of contact for our future franchise partners.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to start your career in an international company, even if you don't have extensive sales experience.

You won't need to search for clients. Our marketing team generates a steady flow of inbound leads, so you'll work exclusively with people who have already expressed interest in our franchise.

Your role is to connect with potential partners, understand their goals, ask the right questions, qualify each opportunity, and schedule a meeting with one of our Sales Managers.

You won't be responsible for selling the franchise or closing deals. Your mission is to ensure that every qualified prospect is ready for the next stage of the sales process.

What You'll Do

  • Contact inbound leads from the USA and Canada.

  • Communicate with prospective clients in English.

  • Qualify potential franchise partners by understanding their needs and investment goals.

  • Gather all relevant information for the Sales team.

  • Schedule online meetings with Sales Managers.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Follow established scripts and internal processes.

What You Won't Be Doing

  • Searching for new clients.

  • Making cold calls.

  • Selling the franchise.

  • Closing deals.

  • Working with complex sales targets.

Every lead you work with has already expressed interest in our business.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

  • Enjoys communicating with people and is an active listener.

  • Can quickly adapt to unexpected situations.

  • Knows how to ask thoughtful questions and identify clients' real needs.

  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and systematic.

  • Can work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities.
