Serialization Manager

Our client, international company in wellness industry, is looking for Serialization and Traceabilty Manager

Duties:

• Maintains product master data in the statutory traceability systems and national catalogues, maintains company-wide registry of serialized products
• Maintains GS1 data, obtains GTINs, GLNs and other relevant data
• Monitors and acts on the alerts and errors within serialization environment (shelf-life expiry, serial IDs duplication, etc.)
• Ensures all requirements on statutory reporting on serialization and traceability are strictly followed
• Develops and enhances functionality of serialization systems and interfaces through liaison with the vendors of such systems
• Keeps track of the legislative and regulatory serialization requirements
• Ensures compliance to the global/EMEA policies and standards

• Higher education
• Relevant job experience of 3+ years
• English level - at least B2 (written and oral)
• Project management experience
• Solid analytical skills
• Knowledge of principles and experience with serialization software
• Experience with CIS countries would be a bonus
