We are expanding our International Education team and looking for an International Program Coordinator & Academic Mentor to support our Dual Degree Bachelor’s programs (Management, Economics, Law) in partnership with Key West University.
This role is a unique blend of student success, academic mentorship, and operational coordination. You will be the key link between prospective students, international partners, and our digital learning environment.
🎯 Who This Role Is For
You are a recent graduate or early-career professional with a Master’s degree (or currently pursuing one) and aspire to build a career in international education or academia.
You are a non-native Russian speaker with excellent Russian proficiency, OR a native Russian speaker with near-native English and international experience.
You want to combine student-facing work with hands-on academic and administrative experience.
You are organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating across cultures.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Academic Mentorship & Student Success (Core Focus)
Mentor and guide dual-degree students through their academic journey, providing support beyond standard tutoring.
Conduct introductory sessions, workshops, or guest lectures for students (depending on your academic background and expertise).
Support students with academic adaptation, study skills, and navigation of both MFUA and KWU requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for student inquiries related to program structure, deadlines, and academic policies.
Admissions & Partner Coordination
Process and qualify incoming leads in CRM; verify applicant data and guide prospects through the enrollment funnel.
Represent MFUA at Open Days, education fairs, and partner events; consult prospective students and parents.
Manage business correspondence with international universities and agents in English.
Prepare presentations, brochures, and informational materials for partners and applicants.
Administration & Documentation
Maintain student records, track academic progress, and monitor financial compliance.
Process official documents (enrollment orders, transcripts, European Diploma Supplements).
Update CRM/Moodle databases and generate regular reports.
✅ Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (or current enrollment) is a strong advantage and opens opportunities for academic mentorship/teaching.
Languages:
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher – confident written and spoken communication (interview includes English assessment).
Russian: Excellent proficiency (written & spoken) – ability to explain complex information clearly. Non-native speakers with strong Russian are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, public speaking confidence, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Experience: Prior experience in education, student services, event coordination, or international exchange programs is a plus.
