Chief Financial Officer

Our client, an international technology company, is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team and play a key role in the next stage of global growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven finance leader with experience in international business environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the company's financial strategy and planning
• Managing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash flow
• Overseeing IFRS financial reporting
• Working closely with international banks, auditors, and external advisors
• Supporting compliance and financial governance
• Driving business intelligence, finance automation, and AI initiatives

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance in an international company
• Strong expertise in IFRS, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Treasury, and Cash Flow management
• Experience working with international banks and auditors✔ Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Background in one or more of the following industries: CPaaS, Telecommunications, FinTech, Payments, SaaS, Digital Services, iGaming (B2B), or Affiliate Marketing
• Fluent English and Russian
