About the Role

We are looking for a Payments Expansion Coordinator to support the growth and optimization of our payment operations across multiple markets. In this role, you will work closely with payment providers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth payment flows and drive the expansion of new payment methods.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in FinTech, or payment operations who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the expansion and optimization of payment methods across different GEOs
Coordinate with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), banks, and partners
Monitor payment performance (deposits, withdrawals, refunds)
Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve payment conversion
Assist in launching new payment solutions and integrations
Investigate and resolve payment-related issues
Monitor payment flows and ensure accuracy of transactions
Prepare regular reports and performance analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and workflows

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Payment Operations, FinTech or Banking
Strong understanding of payment flows (deposit / withdrawal / refund)
Experience working with PSPs, payment providers, or banks
Basic understanding of API integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar tools
Ability to work with large datasets and reports
Strong communication skills in English and Russian
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Nice to Have

Experience with affiliate traffic and payment conversion
Experience launching new payment methods
Knowledge of payment analytics and optimization
Experience handling payment incidents or delays
Knowledge of Arabic, Turkish, or other languages is an advantage but not mandatory
