Accountant

We are a fast-growing oil and gas trading group of company PANASIA GROUP, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records
• Maintain the general ledger and record all types of business transactions on timely and accurate manner
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile mutual settlements
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and management, to provide financial insights and support business objectives
• Monitor cash flow and ensure relevant documentation for made transactions
• Conduct bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Support for statutory audit, provide and prepare the necessary information for audit purposes, follow-up on audit findings and recommendations

Key Requirements:

• Experienced user of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Strong attention to details
• Solid foundation in accounting principles
• Master’s degree in accounting (finance)
• Proven 3 Years Experience as an accountant or similar role
• Proficient in accounting software.
• Ability to be proactive, detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• English intermediate (written and verbal)
• Analytical mind and logical thinking
• Perfectionism
