Head of Treasury

About the Role:

We are looking for a strong Head of Treasury to lead the Treasury function within the new Shared Service Center in Tashkent

Key Mission:

To create and lead a centralized Treasury function in the Tashkent SSC, ensuring reliable liquidity management, disciplined payment control, efficient banking operations, transparent cash forecasting, strong FX and working capital governance, and smooth migration of treasury activities from local business units into the SSC model

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management or Banking Operations
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing treasury specialists or finance operations teams
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction materials, chemicals, FMCG, commodities, logistics-heavy or asset-intensive business is strongly preferred
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments
• Strong practical knowledge of cash management, payment controls, bank relationship management, liquidity planning and financial risk control
• Experience in SSC, finance transformation, process migration, ERP implementation or process centralization is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of accounting, working capital, intercompany settlements and internal controls
• Experience working with ERP systems, online banking platforms, Excel-based models and reporting tools
• English - professional working level is must

What Success Looks Like After 6–12 Months:

• Treasury processes are successfully migrated into the Tashkent SSC without operational disruption
• Clear SSC Treasury service model is implemented across business units and plants
• Payment process is standardized, controlled and transparent
• Cash visibility is reliable across entities, banks and currencies
• Short-term and medium-term cash forecasting is embedded into management routines
• Bank accounts, mandates, limits and user rights are properly governed
• Treasury reporting pack and KPIs are used by management for decision-making
• Low-value manual work is reduced through standardization and automation
• SSC Treasury team operates as a disciplined, reliable and business-oriented function
