Job requirement:

Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background is preferred;

More than 8 years mature experience in sales of equipment or technology to Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil Refinery, Natural Gas Plants.

Experience in international trade, international business, or international project implementation is preferred;

Skilled English as a working language;

Job responsibility:

Job responsibility of a sales manager is to represent the company in project competition, win contracts, and create maximum profits for the company. The sales manager is responsible for:

Through meticulous work, establish a company image and establish good and long-term relationships with clients;

Responsible for tracking and organizing project information;

Analyze the status of the project, develop countermeasures, and submit for internal discussions if necessary; Especially when there are significant changes in the project status, the sales manager should timely and accurately report the situation, determine countermeasures, and improve the company's adaptability;

Analyze and research technology and business strategies, participate in technical presentation and negotiations (in collaboration with technical managers), and participate in commercial negotiations; Cooperate with the international department of the company to quote according to the relevant requirements of the quotation procedure;

Cooperate with the International Department and Commercial Department to sign contracts.

Contact, arrange customer training in China;

Assist the Commercial Department, Project Department, and Engineering Technology Department in completing technical kick-off and subsequent work, including coordinating contract changes and conflicts with clients during contract execution;

Contract payment recovery;

The sales manager should fully utilize their intelligence, expand the company's business, and understand market information from multiple sources. The sales manager should provide market forecasts and product demand information to the company, engineering departments for reference in adjusting the company's product structure;

The sales manager reports to the International Department Manager;

Provide necessary assistance to other colleagues of the company for their requests.
