Our partner is a global leader in the production of organic trace minerals for livestock and companion animals. The company specializes in developing highly effective mineral solutions that improve animal health, productivity, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through technical consulting and customer support;
• Provide technical support for the company's product portfolio;
• Effectively manage and share research data, product application information, and analytical results with distributors and customers;
• Manage technical trials with key customers to demonstrate product efficacy;
• Conduct feed production trials at customer sites and provide recommendations and technical expertise in feed technology;
• Train and develop distributors to continuously strengthen their sales capabilities across the region;
• Maintain proactive and effective communication with distributors and customers to ensure their success in the market;
• Support product regulatory compliance in Russia and provide technical assistance related to product registration when required;
• Prepare regular reports on technical activities, business development opportunities, market trends, and competitive intelligence;
• Actively participate in and deliver presentations at local and international conferences, customer seminars, and trade exhibitions; contribute to the development of external and internal publications.

Requirements

• Higher education in Animal Science, Zootechnics, or a related field;
• Experience in sales and business development within the poultry and/or swine industries;
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage and influence audiences;
• English language proficiency at a conversational level or higher;
• Willingness to travel extensively. Business travel accounts for approximately 60% of working time within Russia and occasionally internationally.
