We are seeking an experienced Product / Project Lead to join a complex regulatory technology project at the intersection of FinTech, compliance, and digital supervision systems.
This role is designed for a strong cross-functional professional who can combine product thinking, project coordination, business analysis, stakeholder management, and structured documentation within a highly demanding and evolving environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product logic, actionable documentation, aligned delivery streams, and effective cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading product and project coordination across a complex RegTech / FinTech platform
- Gathering, structuring, analyzing, and formalizing business, functional, and process requirements
- Preparing and maintaining key project documentation, including PRDs, BRDs, functional descriptions, meeting summaries, decision logs, and follow-up materials
- Translating discussions with stakeholders into clear tasks and requirements for delivery, product, design, business analysis, and technical teams
- Aligning expectations across internal teams, external vendors, compliance specialists, implementation teams, and regulatory stakeholders
- Supporting the development and consistency of product logic across core modules such as onboarding, screening, KYC, KYB, KYT, risk scoring, statuses, alerts, reporting, and related workflows
- Participating in the design and coordination of third-party integrations and external provider dependencies
- Identifying risks, blockers, dependencies, scope changes, and their impact on delivery timelines, budget, and implementation approach
- Preparing structured materials for management decision-making, including scope options, trade-offs, assumptions, constraints, and implementation implications
- Participating in demos, workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions, and ensuring that outcomes are properly documented and followed through
- Helping teams maintain focus on priorities, delivery logic, scope, and execution discipline
- Ensuring high-quality communication and coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
Required Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: product management, project management, business analysis, delivery management, or similar cross-functional roles
- Proven experience working with complex B2B, FinTech, RegTech, compliance, or enterprise-grade products
- Strong experience in preparing clear, structured, high-quality documentation in English
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including senior, demanding, or cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong skills in requirements structuring, workshop facilitation, meeting follow-up, and decision tracking
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment with changing inputs, ambiguity, and evolving priorities
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- High level of ownership, independence, and accountability
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, sufficient for meetings, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Preferred Qualifications
The following would be considered a strong advantage:
- Experience with AML, KYC, KYB, KYT, screening, transaction monitoring, onboarding, or risk-scoring systems
- Previous work on regulatory, banking, public-sector, supervisory, or compliance-related projects
- Experience in crypto, virtual assets, or digital asset ecosystems
- Experience working with integration-heavy products involving multiple third-party providers
- Understanding of enterprise workflows involving audit trail, reporting, operational compliance, and supervisory logic
- Experience in preparing scope alternatives, budget scenarios, effort estimations, and implementation options for management
- Experience working at the intersection of vendor, client, regulator, and delivery team
