Job Description:

• ​​​​​​​Defines maintenance operations strategy, including improvement issues.
• Ensures uninterrupted and technically correct operation and reliable operation of machines, mechanisms and equipment, increase their shiftability, maintain them in working condition at the required level of accuracy
• Ensures that the field operates and complies with HSE rules and regulation of IRI as well as to the NVGS HSE IMS.
• Technical supervision of correct operation, timely inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of technological equipment of ground infrastructure.
• Development of measures to improve the reliability of equipment, equipment maintenance strategy.
• Analysis of statistics of production assets in the field of MRO, namely downtime and product losses associated with them, indicators of equipment reliability.
• Ensuring maintenance of technical means and oilfield equipment of the ground infrastructure put into operation in accordance with the established procedure, in accordance with the approved project documentation.
• Organize the development of plans (schedules) for inspections, tests and preventive repairs of equipment in accordance with the system in place at the enterprise, approve these plans and monitor their implementation, provide technical preparation for production.
• Business planning of production processes, preparation of applications for oilfield equipment and material.
• Manage the development and implementation of measures to replace inefficient equipment with high-performance ones, to reduce unscheduled repairs and equipment downtime, reduce the cost of repairs and its maintenance through the use of new progressive methods of repair and restoration of parts, assemblies and mechanisms.
• Controls and ensure timely order of necessary equipment, spare parts, transportation and other necessary materials for work and issuing appropriate WSR.
• Manages facilities maintenance and timely repair of the equipment to ensure no loss production due to failure of equipment.
• Manages in commissioning of work performed by contractors, service organizations and personnel of the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment and technical devices.
• Organize an inventory of production fixed assets, determine obsolete equipment, facilities requiring major repairs, and establish the order of repair work.
• Ensure compliance with labor protection and safety regulations during repair work. Participate in the development and implementation of measures to create safe and favorable working conditions during the operation and repair of equipment, in the consideration of rationalization proposals for improving the operation of equipment, gives feedback and opinions on the most complex of them.
• Provides audits and inspections including leadership safety audits.
• Prepares and provides statistical, managerial and other required reports.
• Manage the employees of the department and subdivisions that carry out repair maintenance of equipment, industrial buildings and structures of the enterprise, organize work to improve their skills.

• Higher professional education (Bachelor/ Master)
• Relevant professional certification or Postgraduate program is an advantage.
• Language: English level C1 (Advanced)
• At least 12 years of professional experience
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry
• At least 5 years Management experience in relevant professional area
• Engineering and Technology: Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services
• Mathematics: Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
• Design: Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Mechanical: Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Physics: Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, their interrelationships, and applications to understanding fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics, and mechanical, electrical, atomic and sub-atomic structures and processes
