Chief Technology Officer / Head of IT & AI

Location: Dubai, UAE (hybrid)
Employment: Part-time for the first 6 months → Full-time

Longevium Holding is looking for an experienced technology leader to build and scale the digital ecosystem of our longevity healthcare group, including AI products, research infrastructure and internal IT systems.

What you will do

• Define and execute the technology strategy across the entire holding.
• Build secure infrastructure for clinical and research data.
• Lead the development of our digital products, including:
  • Longevium patient app
  • GLP-1 companion application
  • AI clinical decision support system
  • Medical analytics platform
• Turn research ideas into real products and MVPs.
• Manage software architecture, integrations, cybersecurity and infrastructure.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team while effectively leveraging AI tools and external development partners.

Requirements

• Proven CTO, Head of Engineering or Technical Product leadership experience in MedTech or Digital Health is mandatory.
• Experience building and launching commercial software products.
• Strong background in AI-enabled product development.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, medical data security and privacy.
• Ability to work across engineering, product management and business strategy.
• Excellent English communication skills (Russian is a plus).

What we offer

• Hybrid work format with our headquarters in Dubai, UAE.
• Part-time engagement for the first six months, transitioning to full-time by mutual agreement.
• Competitive compensation:
  • USD 6,000/month during the part-time period.
  • USD 12,000/month after transition to full-time.
• Annual performance bonus of up to 30% of base salary.
• Equity participation in new ventures:
  • 3–7% in product-specific joint ventures.
  • Up to 33% equity in founder-led initiatives approved and funded by the holding.

During the initial six months, the primary objectives are to audit the existing technology stack, stabilize infrastructure, define the long-term architecture and deliver a clear roadmap for all digital products and AI initiatives. This is one of the key leadership roles within Longevium Holding, directly shaping the future of our clinics, research center and digital health ecosystem.
