Demand & Inventory Planner

We are Cata-Kor, an ambitious international e-commerce team creating a new generation of dietary supplements for the US market. Over the past few years, we have launched five successful products on Amazon and sell over 200,000 products monthly, including two bestsellers on Amazon and TikTok. Today, Cata-Kor is rapidly growing on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and in the DTC space, and is preparing to enter the retail market. We are growing and developing every day!

Our goal: to become a leader in the anti-aging supplement niche in the US market through effective formulas, high-quality raw materials, and meticulous attention to detail—we embody all of this through our products.

We are actively expanding our team, and to achieve this, we are seeking a talented Demand and Inventory Planning Manager.

What you'll be doing:

Own demand forecasting and demand planning.

Develop and maintain inventory plans.

Track inventory levels, production status, inbound supply, goods in transit, and supply availability against the approved plan.

Calculate replenishment requirements and prepare replenishment / production order proposals.

Develop production plans in coordination with stakeholders.

Communicate with suppliers and manufacturing on production timing, supply availability, constraints, and required follow-up actions.

Support scenario planning, considering launch constraints, supply limitations, deadlines, and business priorities.

Support product launch planning in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the IBP process.

Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, supply planning, production planning, or related supply chain planning roles.
Experience in FMCG, consumer health, supplements, beauty, food, pharma, OTC, or other shelf-life-sensitive consumer products is strongly preferred.

Practical experience with SKU-level forecasting, inventory projection, replenishment planning, and stock-cover management.

Previous involvement in S&OP or IBP processes is required;

Experience working with omnichannel business models, including DTC, marketplaces, retail, wholesale, and/or distributor channels.

Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills;

Knowledge of ERP systems;

Familiarity with planning tools or MRP systems;

Basic SQL skills or experience with data queries;

English language proficiency level B2-C2
