Business Development/ Key Account Manager (OTA/ Hotel sales experience in Russia)
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Support the team in maintaining relationships with local hotel partners, and coordinate with other departments involved in assigned projects.
- Train new hotel partners on how to use the extranet, and manage rates and availability on the site.
- Assist in the activation of hotels in consultation with Market Managers, helping to manage supplier accounts.
- Resolve issues related to accounting, allotment, notifications, cancellations, etc.
- Participate in market and competitor research.
- Evaluate production data and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
- Prepare business review reports as needed.
- Coordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners, including special deals and promotions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for both new and existing hotel partners.
- Manage other ad hoc administrative requests and operational tasks as required.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in e-commerce operations, the OTA industry, hotel reservation coordination, revenue/yield management, or related fields — ideally within the Russian market.
- Proven expertise in acquiring new hotel partners and strong contract negotiation skills, with measurable results
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a quick learning ability.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to grow.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude.
