Desco is the affiliate and performance marketing division within the RockApp ecosystem. We specialize in mobile user acquisition, affiliate partnerships, and performance-driven growth across global markets.
Our team works with a wide range of traffic sources, GEOs, and mobile products, focusing on sustainable scaling, traffic quality, and profitability. We combine analytics, market expertise, and strong partner relationships to drive consistent revenue growth in a highly competitive environment.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team and take ownership of key affiliate partnerships, campaign performance, and revenue growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with affiliate partners to ensure stable performance and revenue growth
- Monitor campaign performance and quickly identify issues such as fraud, tracking errors, and conversion drops
- Launch, pause, scale, and optimize campaigns and partners based on performance data
- Maintain structured partner portfolio (top, test, potential, inactive, paused)
- Communicate with partners and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance
- Collaborate with analysts and account managers to gather insights and optimize results
- Identify and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI and traffic quality
- Analyze market trends across GEOs, verticals, and traffic sources to find growth opportunities
- Manage campaign setup, tracking, integrations, and testing processes
- Ensure traffic quality and compliance with internal KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager / Performance Marketing Manager in mobile or affiliate marketing
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
- Experience with AppsFlyer (required); Adjust / Branch is a plus
- Strong understanding of mobile performance marketing, attribution, and traffic sources
- Experience with affiliate networks, CTV, and high-quality traffic sources
- Experience in campaign optimization and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, structured, and result-oriented approach
